Fit Tip Friday: Nutrition Basics 

The purpose of Fit Tip Friday is to provide an action, tip or short piece of content that can be implemented immediately to help improve your fitness. In this week's installment, I wanted to introduce the subject of nutrition and provide you with simplified principles and practical resources.

Nutrition and fitness are inextricably linked. Your body needs fuel to move, proteins for cellular repair, fats for hormone regulation, and water for hydration. The link to the article is below:

This article is more technical than theological, as I introduce the main concepts of nutrition: calories, macros and eating good food. 

But I want to leave you with God's Word spoken through the written letter of Paul, who was trying to pithily advise one of his churches as they wrestled through food issues:

"So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do,

do all to the glory of God

" (1 Corinthians 10:31).
