The "Fit Tip Friday" series will include an action, tip or short piece of content that can be implemented immediately to help improve your fitness.For the first one, I wanted to share one of my favorite aspects of bodyweight movements: progression & regression. The new post can be found here.One of the major benefits of bodyweight movements is that they can be adapted to your own level of fitness. Movements can be progressed (made harder) or regressed (made easier) with a little bit of knowledge and creativity.
