๐Ÿ“ƒA Minimalist Exercise Routine That Works

Last year, I completed a routine written by Pavel Tsatsouline that simplified my training. All you need are kettlebells and some ground space. The simplicity of this training program really helped me grow in exercise consistency and diligence. And I hope it helps you.  The goal of this program is to level up to 32kg (71lbs) 1-hand swings and Turkish Get-Ups, and then level up to 48kg (106lbs) 1-hand swings and Turkish Get-Ups. I finished the 32kg goal last year, took a few months off, and now I'm working up to the 48kg level. This program only takes 20-30 minutes per session (4-6x a week) and is only comprised of 2 movements (Swings & Get-Ups). But don't be fooled by how simple this sounds. This program is incredibly challenging (especially the heavy Get-Ups), and it actually works.  In this post, I review my experience with this program. I can't recommend it enough. ๐Ÿ”—A Minimalist Exercise Routine That Works

๐Ÿ“ƒMy Year of Walking Barefoot

This post is a little different than previous ones I've written. It's more personal, less serious, and hopefully entertaining.I honestly can't believe that it's been a year since I started this rather strange habit... but here we are. What started with kettlebell training, a remote job, and an avoidance of stinky socks turned into a year of walking barefoot. But this ridiculous habit actually motivated me to walk more than I ever have in previous years. Here's my story. ๐Ÿ”—My Year of Walking Barefoot

This one has personally helped me grow in diligence this year. ๐Ÿ”— Redeeming Productivity AcademyI joined the Redeeming Productivity Academy earlier this spring. Think of it as an online community of believers who want to help each other grow in productivity for the glory of God.  RPA members have access to all Redeeming Productivity courses (I highly recommend the To-Do List & Christ-Centered Life Planning courses), as well as access to the RPA community.I've set a goal this quarter to write one blog post a week, and the accountability amongst the community has been so helpful in reaching the goal. The link I shared above is a referral link, and I will earn on qualifying purchases. But I can't recommend the RPA Academy enough!
