⏱️ Save Time By Exercising at Home
Let's say you commute 15 minutes to the local gym. Then when you're done with your workout, you commute another 15 minutes back from the gym. You train 3-4x a week.
That's 90-120 minutes in the car. Not exercising. Just sitting.
In 90-120 minutes, you can already be done with 3-4 workouts at home.
And you don't have to sacrifice intensity or effectiveness. All you need to do is assess your goals with your fitness, and figure out how you can accomplish that all at home.
It's entirely possible to get great workouts and build strength at home.
What would you do if you had an extra 90-120 minutes each week?
📖 Stories of Strength - Walking 6,000 Feet up in the Air
In 2021, Rafael Zugno Bridi penned his name into the world record books with an astonishing feat.
Bridi set up a slackline over 6,000 feet in the air, suspended between two hot air balloons.
For those keeping count at home, that's more than a mile above the ground.
Barefoot, he made his way across the slackline from one hot air balloon to the other. This feat put his name in the Guinness World Record books, as the person who completed the highest slackline walk, at a chilling 6,236 feet above the ground.
These days you can find him slacklining over active volcanos.
Fun fact - today is Bridi's birthday. I'm sure he would love two balloons. Preferably 7,000 feet over the ground this time…
🍽️ Something I’ve Enjoyed
My G-shock watch.
It doubles as a pedometer, and it’s as durable as a rod of steel.
If you’re tired of charging your high-tech digital watch every 4 hours and want something simple that gets the job done, I’d recommend the G-Shock to you.
This is an affiliate link, and as an Amazon associate I do earn on qualifying purchases. But this watch consistently delivers.
